questions. There is a file attachment option, which supports most common image file
formats, if you wish to attach an image to the form.
When including a file, the following restrictions apply:
File extensions allowed: .bmp .gif .jpg .jpeg .png .tif .BMP .GIF .JPG .JPEG .PNG .TIF
File size: currently no restrictions.
No spaces or illegal characters (/,*,\...).
