Common name: Dwarf Sagisi Palm.

This is a small palm from The Soloman Islands reaching only 3-4m (10-13') tall. It has finely pinnate leaves, with a nice pinkish new leaf. Though not at all cold tolerant, it's small size and low light requirements make it a good possibility as an indoor palm.
